Silvia L. Chestnut Evans, CPA
FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Silvia has been working with individuals and small business owners as a private financial manager for over fifteen years. As a certified public accountant and QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she has worked with all versions of QuickBooks, with a current emphasis on QuickBooks Online, and can help you get the most out of your accounting software.
Silvia holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Saint Leo University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Finance from the University of Florida.
Outside of the office, she serves as a board member at local charities in Palm Beach County, an alumna of the Leadership Palm Beach County Class of 2014, and a member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Palm Beach Flagler Rotary Club.

Joshua Nelson, CPA
senior MANAGER OF CLIENT ACCOUNTING SERVICES
Joshua joined Palm Beach Accounting and Financial Services LLC in 2015. He studied Chemical Engineering at the Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
Joshua is a certified public accountant and QuickBooks ProAdvisor, an alumnus of the Leadership Palm Beach County Focus Class of 2019, and serves as treasurer of the Lake Worth Beach Rotary Club. In 2026, he was accepted into the prestigious AICPA Leadership Academy.

Alexa Evans
Communication Manager
Alexa has been with Palm Beach Accounting and Financial Services for over 10 years. She is an award-winning marketer, managing PBAFS’s digital marketing and public relations needs. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Eckerd College.
She is the founder of Untrendy Marketing and a board member at Lighthouse for the Blind of the Palm Beaches. She has served her alma mater, Eckerd College, as a career mentor, a member of the 1958 society, and an inaugural member of the Alumni Leadership Council. In her spare time, she serves on event committees for local charities.
ALDRIN MAE R. PASCUAL
Accountant
Aldrin joined PBAFS in September 2022. She holds a BS in Accountancy and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She loves the fast-paced nature of the cloud-based accounting world, especially when it comes to the development and implementation of new technologies.
Roxanne F Reyes
Accountant
Roxanne joined our team in April 2023, with previous experience as a branch accountant, preparing financial statements, daily reports, payroll, and more. She graduated with a BS in Accountancy in 2016, and takes great pride in finishing her tasks ahead of time.
